My husband suffered a stroke February 2022. His left side (arm and leg) and his speech were impaired. He received physical, occupational and speech therapies in rehab. After returning home he began medical massage sessions weekly. Some use of his leg and arm returned. Speech was more understandable. A little more than a year ago we were introduced to Neuroptimal. We decided to give it a try. The first major improvement was apparent after 4 sessions. His speech was clearer, much more understandable. Over the course of the next months, we noticed his ability to recall order of events. For example, he became able to assist us in moving him from recliner to wheelchair without being verbally guided on what he needed to do to help us. In addition, he began telling stories like he had done prior to the stroke. His ability to follow and carry on a conversation improved. His QUALITY OF LIFE was improving. We had been told we could expect some improvements within the first year. After two years we still note improvements in his mental abilities. My husband was 101+ when he had his stroke. He is now 103.5 years old. We definitely recognize the benefits the Neuroptimal sessions provide.

 I look forward to my weekly Neuroptimal visits with Shellie. I really have to say how much better I feel than I did when I started over a year ago. I believe it is because of her caring treatment that my tremors have improved and in fact has improved my sense of well-being. I don’t know how else to explain it. I feel much more energized and at 81 I don’t think I could run a marathon, but I could certainly have enough clarity of mind to direct a marathon, if that counts. stiffness.

 I started going to Shellie about 3 months ago. My hip pain has almost gone away, my psoriasis has improved and I am sleeping better. I give Shellie and her Neuroptimal the credit. What a wonderful program she has! goals.
